Qualifications: Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood Education

What makes you passionate about working in childcare? I am very passionate about providing high quality educational programs for children. I love to see children being actively involved and enjoying their learning. It’s such an honour to see children achieving important milestones in their development and learning and knowing that we had some part in that.

What is the funniest or most memorable moment you can share from working in childcare?  There have been so many, it’s hard to choose! But I do love children’s honesty, it always makes for some interesting conversations.

Why do you believe your centre is an excellent choice for parents seeking the best childcare? We believe in delivering an educational program that caters to individual children. We value input from our families, the community and most importantly our children. We are continually reflecting on the best ways to provide quality outcomes for children, and you will see this in the way that we present our environments. We aim to provide to best possible start for all children with a fun and interesting environment that is always changing.

What makes you passionate about Early Childhood Education? There is no greater reward than watching children grow into confident learners. Learning should be fun, and it is my aim to ensure that children’s learning needs are met in a fun and nurturing environment. The ages of birth to five years are the most important in a child’s development and I am privileged to provide children with the tools they need to be set up for success.

What makes your centre different from others? At Kids Academy Regentville we pride ourselves on providing quality education and care for children aged from 6 weeks to 12 years of age. We have a dedicated team of educators who build trusting relationships with children and encourage them to reach their full potential through learning. It is our goal that each child who enters our care feels safe, secure and supported each day which enables the child to learn and grow into confident capable learners.
